We cut out traveling pix and vibrant color scraps and decoupaged all over it, then we painted over it with colors he picked and I put on the cutie people and birds and we applied little shiny gems.

6  Mucha Lucha Collage box - I hope this goes here... in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by tomb_bloom on: August 07, 2007 07:42:17 AM
I saw something similar to this on another website but the box had been painted. I took an old card box and covered it in collage.

I think I am going to use it to put all of my best friends bday items in...Thanks for looking, the pics are dark Sad

7  Album Art in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by tomb_bloom on: August 07, 2007 07:37:06 AM
ok so its not super crafty but here goes, I have this really old Boris Karloff album of him performing Rip Van Winkle and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow - I found an album frame at Michaels on sale for 6bucks and voila Smiley

The cover is super old and falling apart and the price tag couldnt be removed without damage, but I like it...My living room is old school halloween/universal horror movie theme.

8  Door Signage in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by tomb_bloom on: July 26, 2007 03:44:41 PM
Boys smell and pee on the floor, no seriously they do. I have dedicated our half bath downstairs to them (my husband and 4yo son) with a pink glittery label. I found Martha S stuff at michaels for like a buck!

Then I put my sons name on his bedroom door with these campy letters

Sorry they are blurry my camera is crappy.

Here is most of mine Cheesy

My left arm:
The Dia De Los Muertos stuff I had my first session last night (it will be in full color) above it is a mayan band and roses with a skull in one of them - to represent the city of Roses and my dads death. The older stuff was done by Bill Claydon in NC  - the new stuff by a AWESOME shop in Tacoma.
