CA glue is super glue.  CA is the generic name.

The box is wonderful anyway.  I wouldn't have noticed the hole, except for the close-up photo.  You did a good job on it.

Nice work.  And your groundhog really does look like a groundhog to me.

Nice work.  You could probably fill the sawblade hole with some sawdust and CA glue.  Sand when finished and you can't see the hole.

It's a pretty box anyway.

I'd say you're doing quite well at faces.  This one looks wonderful.

I've been carving for a few years now and still can't get the faces right.

The game is totally fun, and because they painted the tiles red, they are easy to see from a distance.

Here's a preview from my garden.

These are all great projects.  I love the quilty stuff, the owls, the tiny bears, and everything else that I've lost track of.  I'm having a hard time keeping up.

Here's an update on the scrabble tiles that I made a while back.  They have been painted and used in several games.  They seem to be a hit with the adults, but the kids weren't too excited about them.

These are on a cord, so that they can be worn around the neck, but if I make more I am going to paint them to look like chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

It took longer to carve these tiny things than it does for bigger items.  I'm not sure why.

Well, I am behind again.  You all have some really awesome projects going.  I have just skimmed through the last 20 pages, trying to get caught up and the amazement is complete.  Blankets, socks, bookmarks, critters, quilt stuff, dolls, and on and on.  All beautiful stuff.

I have been busy but not much for crafting.  Here's my latest big little project.  I carved an ice cream cone.  Then someone saw it and asked for a double scoop.  Then someone else saw it and wanted soft serve.  So here are my three ice cream cones, and one photo to show size of the cones.  That's a quarter in the photo.

They are fun to make, but take a long time.  I have about 47 hours in this one.

This is my second time making a piano arm clock.  I redesigned it so that the middle is scooped out for the clock hands.  It keeps perfect time.
