Every single post of yours blows me away Patraw! The list of "ingredients" (sorry having a bad day and the real word has gone) always makes me think "Yes! I could do that,I have cereal boxes and newspaper"  Roll Eyes

Lovely knit & crochet work Always' as always  Grin  I think Blake might need a pumpkin hat, I also have to make him a Yoda hat but I haven't found the right shade of green yet.

I've have been wanting a floor lamp for next to my chair and when I popped into the British Heart Foundation shop near the hospital I found the perfect one - well the perfect one to change  Grin

I finished the shade for it this morning and have started revamping the base. Here is the shade.

I don't know which part I love best the peace sign fabric or the pompom trim or the red/yellow/pink/orange fabric. I just know I love it and will love it even more when I have decorated the base  Cheesy

He's nosey and it will drive him up the wall not being able to see what's happening out there! Personally I don't want to see the local drug dealer or the folks up the road who come out of the house to shout at each other, it's bad enough hearing them! I'm very, very tempted to stick 2" squares on the window in the downstairs toilet I think patchwork windows would look awesome at night!  Grin

Your shawl is stunning Bushbaby!

Quantum beautiful beading and I never would have guessed you used pen nibs for end caps, very creative!

I've done a kind of temporary project for my living room. Temporary because when hubby comes home I know he will hate it and I will have to take it down but whilst I'm home alone I will enjoy it  Wink Cheesy

I'm not sure what to call it *lol* so I am going for "privacy panel" as it's a panel of fabric stuck to my window to give me some privacy. I'm not a lace/net curtain kind of gal but live on a bus route and don't like every Tom,Dick or Harry being able to see in the living room.

The stripes are off-white with gold lurex, the buttons are off-white with gold sparkles too Smiley I had enough fabric to make the belt long enough this time Wink

I'm in awe of your wedding cake skills Fluffypants! What an amazing gift for your friends.

Pfeffernous cookies are one of the few things I can bake, I don't know how authentic my recipe is but they are delicious with lemon icing.

QuantumPhysica I am almost finished making a black version of the sleeveless jacket  Smiley hems and button/holes to do and I shall be wearing it this afternoon haha I love to sew and since discovering Lekala custom sized patterns I can finally make clothes are are more complex than my usual baggy pants, tiered skirts and basic tunics, not that I will ever stop making those things but its nice to expand my sewing skills with something a touch more challenging. I'm working my way up to making a winter coat.

It's a free pattern, give it a try  Smiley I made my first one out of a duvet cover from my stash so I wasn't wasting good fabric if it didn't work out. I had to make some adjustments to make it less flowing and full.
