1  More pyrography (pic heavy) in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by lmcneil on: November 12, 2012 11:10:14 AM
Thanks for the wonderful response to my other two projects! I'm going to post some of my less detailed projects here as well.

This was a gift for a friend, who threatened to use a paddle. The "Board of Woe"

A bread platter for feast

Feast plate for a friend, I bartered this one for some tablet weaving

This was a gift for a King (in the SCA)

An award scroll for a friend

Finally, one that we kept in the house. This was a gift for my husband, who loves ravens.

Thanks for looking!

So I'm fairly new here, hopefully I'm putting this in the right place. I wanted to share a few projects I've created for the SCA. Pyrography is my passion. Thanks for looking!

Lisa

This is a 9" basswood scoop plate, pattern is a 9th century viking brooch.

I call this one the insanity box, it took nearly 100 hours. Craftwood box patterned after an Elizabethan embroidered bible.

I have plenty more, don't want to take up so much space on my first post with pics.
