1  COOKING / Dessert / Oatmeal cookies using packets of instant Oatmeal on: November 02, 2012 10:14:37 AM
I wonder if anyone can suggest what I need to add to just 1 or 2 packets of instant oatmeal to make a quick cookie?  I just want a quick, cheap, low-calorie treat that wont make of lot of cookies at once to blow my diet with.  Would I have to use an egg, flour, and sugar? How much?  I am a person who if I bake 6 cookies I'll eat 6, if I bake 18 I'll keep on until every one is gone, so I need a very small, controlled amount to not keep tempting me!!  The oatmeal has good stuff like raisins, nuts and apples already in it, and I would like to use sweetner or very little sugar.  I really need this during the coming holiday season!!!
2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Shabby Chic, Frou frou Pink and Pretty Swap? on: June 26, 2011 10:47:18 PM
I like to make frou frou shabby chic things, but my kids don't want them.  Anyone here want to have a swap for all things pink, pretty, frou frou and shabby chic?  I dont know how to organize, but I think it would be lots of fun.
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Do I need a fixative sealer on photocopied prints? on: April 10, 2011 11:29:44 PM
I am finally getting a printer for my computer, and I want to print out just everything I see!  I am wondering if the ink jet prints need some kind of sealer to keep from running or smearing when I use modgepodge or whatever on them (you can tell I'm new to papercrafting!  I don't even know HOW to express the question!! LOL!)
4  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / I Love to Sew Random stuff Swap on: August 20, 2010 10:07:06 AM
Two of my favorite swaps have been the I Love to Sew Swap and the Random Swap, although I also really enjoyed the Hippy Swap recently, too.  I would love to get in any one of these swaps again.  Any idea when someone might be getting one of these going again?  I really NEED a swap before I get involved in Christmas stuff!  I have to admit I have become ADDICTED to swaps!
5  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / BBW Swap? on: July 10, 2010 11:32:45 AM
How about starting a Big Beautiful Swap?  There was one about a year ago, and it was amazing.  I sure would like to have this swap come up soon!
6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Janet Evanovich /crime-comedy book lovers swap on: March 05, 2010 09:37:36 AM
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a swap based on Janet Evanovich books and/or crime comedy books?  I see there were some swaps of this type in the past.  Her characters, especially Stephanie Bloom , get into some outrageous situations and I think is would be a great theme for a swap.  Anyone else interested?
