Can you guys recommend a dog shampoo for sensitive skin? I mean really sensitive.  It seems like most of the store ones we have tried leave them dry and itchy, so we need something that would be very soothing and moisturizing. I've heard about some hemp products that sounded nice; has anyone used them?
If you have any recipes for something I can brew up at home that would be fantastic too. Thanks!

I made this for my SIL's new baby. I actually finished all the knitting last summer, but she was born in January. I didn't end up backing or binding it as I couldn't find anything that I liked enough; other than that I followed the pattern exactly. (so creative, I know. )

I know this is going to be a simple answer, but I need help anyways.
I want to widen this. To do so do I need to just make it so many times wider to where I need it? Or do I need to subtract those two border stitches, make it wider, then add them back on?  Thanks for help!

Have any of you seen or bought any of the dog knitting books on my wish list? I'm wanting to order a new one, but they post such little info that I'm having a hard time knowing if the patterns will work for my pugs.

I don't know about you guys, but I could use a case that's cuter. (Maybe then I'd actually put them away.) We could sew, decoupage, crystals...What do you think?

I'm felting a bag that is made from Lamb's Pride with stripes of Kureyon in it. The LP is felted great, but the Kureyon is only 'fuzzing'. I've always heard that it felts great, so what gives? Is there a way to felt it by hand?

I was sick this last weekend so I started another stash project. I had a lot of orange wool for some reason and figured that with Halloween coming up it'd be a good excuse to use it all. I followed the reversed Kitty Pi pattern that's on here somewhere, #11 circular, #13 DPNs, 4 mostly there skeins of Brown Sheep Lambs Pride in Autumn Harvest and Orange You Glad with the yarn held double, and a smidge of black Fun Fur. It knit up really quickly and took 3 runs through the washer to felt up to where the sides would stay up. I'm thinking about trying another but with a bigger circular to see if I get better results.

After 5 minutes of peaceful snuggling in it she ran off, so I guess I'll have to wait and see if Pillow likes it or not.

I keep getting different information, but I thought you guys would know if it's true. Are there any bad fumes while baking clay? I have birds and other small animals and worry that it may hurt them. If so, do you think opening a window would be sufficient? 

I saw this blanket today on the Harlot's blog, www.yarnharlot.com  and fell in love. I must make one. Have any of you guys ever seen a pattern like this, or can you think of a way to make the fish? Apparently they are individually made then sewn together. Thanks for any ideas or help; I would offer my firstborn, but I love my dog too much.
