1  Viserion, Rhaegal and Drogon in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by teapotdnky on: October 07, 2013 03:06:55 PM
I made these barrettes so I can geek out at work! A few of my regular customers like Game of Thrones and have noticed these, but most people don't know what to say so they don't say anything. I just get weird looks for wearing dragons in my hair.  Grin

2  Re: 2013 Christmas in July Gallery - Opening party July 25th in The Swap Gallery by teapotdnky on: July 26, 2013 02:09:29 PM
I had everything typed out yesterday and lost my connection! Sooo here it goes again:

Everything all together

A Christmas jazz cd with tons of good songs on it, a really cute little santa box, A cute little wreath that now lives on my dresser door and will stay there until I move, and an adorable little donut candle! I tried taking all my goodies out in the natural light for some pics, but the candle started to melt and it was so hot I only stayed out there for a few minutes before I gave up.

Some cute greeting cards, recipe cards and a note pad. I really love the notepad because I keep stacks of notepads on every work table in my apartment! The recipe cards are great too because I've been cataloging my recipes for a couple years now and I was out of cards and I don't have any like these.  Grin

Isn't this the cutest pillow? It's got a beautiful green crochet back, but I didn't have enough light inside and I couldn't get a good shot outside. I love how the fabric is sewn with rainbow thread. LadybugsandBumblebe es worked gray and rainbows into nearly everything!!!

I love this purse! The handles are lovely, the lining is adorable with gray polka dots, the buttons have lots of cool details on them too!

I adore this little box! I put it by my makeup table, I think I'm going to keep my favorite lipsticks in it because my current container is way too small. It'll be right where I can see it all the time! Smiley

I opened this one first and I saw gray stripes and silver beads and said out loud "I don't know what this is but I already love it!" This awesomeness is going to look great with my pooch's gray stocking! Now we match! Smiley

I really love everything, thanks for spoiling me Barbara!!!  Kiss

4  Dragon jar in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by teapotdnky on: July 16, 2013 03:58:27 PM
I made this little jar as a surprise for a coworker. I'm really happy with it! It was a quick project but totally worth it when he took a pic and immediately sent it to his brother to make him jealous. Smiley

Nolansmomster got all her goodies and I'm so excited! I posted topics for most of the items so you can see more detailed pics if you want.

First off, some thank you cards. This one is my favorite! It says Thanks for being someone I can count on!

The rest are here:

6  Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by teapotdnky on: June 12, 2013 08:47:20 PM
I made this wall hanging for the Jim Henson swap. It's about 8 by 11. The characters are made over foil bases so they don't weigh as much. It's still a heavy piece because they're so big.

Best part? They glow in the dark!

7  Muppet Inspired Puppet in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by teapotdnky on: June 12, 2013 08:01:36 PM
This cutie was made from an old childhood Santa hat. I really love how much personality he has! The feathers move if you wiggle your middle finger which is hilarious!

Psst. Hey, wanna see me dance?

Hubba Hubba!

Too much?

No? Awesome!

Thanks for looking!

8  Muppet Themed Thank You Cards in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by teapotdnky on: June 12, 2013 07:46:07 PM
I made these thank you cards for Nolansmomster for the Jim Henson swap. I used quilt patterns for the pieces and hand painted the details. They all have matching envelopes. I'm really happy with them! Cheesy

Big Thanks!

Thanks for being someone I can Count on!

You're a Superhero!

It's crazy how grateful I am!

This one lists Piggy's good attributes and says You're all that!

You're an Animal!

Thanks from both of us!

Here is The Count in progress

I received from Nolansmomster today! Yay!

First off, I open the package and all I see is gray.... Always a good start to a swap package for me! Isn't this the coolest bag? I have actually stopped carrying my computer with me because of the sad state of my Simpson's bag. Now I can take it everywhere! I really love this bag!

Check out my awesome Fozzy portrait. I adore the texture of this! It makes it look like I can reach through and hug his soft fur! It says Wokka Wokka all over. Smiley it's already in my bedroom where I normally keep (kept) my favorite music box.

Also an awesome (and big!) needle felted Slimey!!!! Love love it. Here he is sticking out of my puzzle ball.

Aaaaand some Kermit Pez! Smiley

Thank you Nolansmomster! I love everything. Cheesy

10  Paper Plate Fish in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by teapotdnky on: June 05, 2013 07:34:01 PM
I made this fish for my dad after trying to find paper plate crafts for my mom to do at her school. I used water colors to paint the plates. That was a really fun process! The colors are really intense but I couldn't get a good pic if the color. I think it's pretty cute.
