cmouse01 - no.  Not my first pair.  6th pair.  I have two other pairs on the needles that are for me!  Cheesy

Quantumphysica - I didn't find them terribly hard.  If you don't know how to knit, they are NOT a beginner project though.  My socks are from the toe-up and use a Fish Lips Kiss Heel.

I finished Mom's socks!  I started and ripped these socks out I don't know how many times.  It was ridiculous!  But now they're DONE!  Cheesy

Okay - life has just been insanely busy in the last two months or so.  I'm crafting on and off, haven't finished anything recently but I updated my list.  Ripped a few knitting projects out.  Started other projects.  I have Spring Break coming up soon and I'm hoping that I'll finish at least one project over break.  Maybe we'll get crazy and I'll work on my drop spinning!

yoopido - I used Patons Bohemian in the color Guru.  It's 81% Polyester and 19% Acrylic.  Seems like it would be squeaky and plastic-y but its sooooo soft!  And machine washable!  Cheesy

First finished project of 2015!  A friend of mine said "I'll buy the yarn!" and it gave me an excuse to binge watch Dr. Who and knit!

Bonus Question!

I was talking with my mom, trying to figure out what craft I started with.  We're really not sure!  lol  My mom always crafted whether it was knitting, crocheting, sewing, etc.  I remember having those hair clips with shoelaces on them that were really popular in the late 80's early 90's.  I must have finished my first piece of cross stitch around the age of 12 or 13.  And there was polymer clay in my childhood somewhere.  And then drifted away from it during high school of course and during college got back into it.  And here I'll stay amongst my yarn, and floss, and clay!  Cheesy

There have been some awesome projects that I've tried to catch up on.  I've probably made my 50 projects this year...  just done a really cruddy job of keeping up with them once school started in August.

I'm going to try to get some more projects posted before the 2015 list starts!  Cheesy

CabinArts - I forgot to tell you that the corks in your cork wreath that have printing on them, are all from North Carolina wineries that I've been to!  Talk about a yummy project!  Wink
