I have recently been making a new attempt at getting healthy, so I have been trying to come up with fun, yummy, and creative recipes that are around 200 calories to fit my plan. Here is one of my attempts, I think it turned out pretty tasty
The recipe is really easy:
1 English Muffin, I used a Thomas 100 calorie one.
1tbsp tomato sauce (is plenty for both pieces)
1/4 mozzarella cheese (I used Sargento and it was plenty for both pieces)
A few bits of pepper, mushroom, and morningstar farms veggie bacon.
Cut the English muffin in half and toast the two halves, place on a cookie sheet and build like pizza, then place in the oven under the broiler until the cheese is nice and bubbly. Note: these don't need a whole piece of veggie bacon, I used about 1/3 of one slice. If you eat the whole slice of veggie bacon it is slightly more than 200 calories.
