It's a rare thing that I get on Craftster anymore. But you didn't disappoint! I went through and viewed the attached thread with all of your previous sculpts. You are a talented sculptor! Thank you for sharing your process. So much can be done now with 3D scanners and printers. It's fun to see what people are doing.

Thanks. I feel rusty, and out of practice. Which is why these are sketch book work. I don't feel ready to do anything good enough to frame. I only have high school art classes to refer to. I wish I could go back to school and learn more.

I laid down my painting and drawing for many years. I've been busy raising children. Now that they've gone back to school I have more time to indulge.
Just some things I've done in the last 3 weeks:
Watercolor:

I don't know what the other fabric was, but this is genius. Your polka dots are perfectly aligned. It looks like the fox fell asleep on the chair. If you sit on it, you might hurt him! So cute.

Pretty. I like the idea. They'd be fun as cards. Something to keep, instead of toss in the trash after reading them.

Great idea. I love the color you chose.

Lesson learned. Be courageous. Love it!

Beautiful piece of work. The colors are beautiful as is the painting. Have you seen the owls and bats Ann Wood makes? Did you have an inspiration, or was this from your own imagination?
