For those of us experiencing a heat wave right now (Portland, Oregon, from what I hear!), here’s a quick, chilled and tasty treat brought to us by olive_juice. Coat with pecans, crushed peanuts, mini M&Ms, sprinkles, or just eat them plain. And they have to be healthy, right? They’re fruit.
