A quick visit to our Vegan Cooking board and I discovered these adorable little watermelon cupcakes. Rachwins says the watermelon provides a very slight sweetness to the cupcakes. Combined with the cinnamon, sugar and soya milk in the recipe, I bet these are a very tasty treat for any occasion!
