Swap Spotlight: Altered Paintbrushes
|Share the love...||
|Every now and then a swap pops up that’s really fun and different. Such is the case with the Altered Paintbrush Swap, hosted by downtownmonsters. Each participant altered a 2″ wooden paintbrush for their partners by adding items, painting, or any other method of choice. It’s amazing how wonderful and varied all the paintbrushes are! I wish I could feature all of them, but I’m posting a few of them in hopes you’ll stop by their gallery and see the rest! (Hint: if you don’t want to read all the chatter, click the “Show Images Only” button at the top of the first post to just view all the photos.)|
|The handle of this paintbrush by cyndy225 became the tongue of a frightful demon. I love his horns and his pierced ear!|
|You can tell this Cheshire cat by artista83 is every bit as crazy an the original from Alice in Wonderland.|
|teag used polymer clay to create this fanciful blue bird.
|quaggy was really thinking outside of the box when she created this gnome house, complete with a stone walkway up to the door and leafy foliage.|
