||Growing up in the south it was a tradition to eat collard greens, black eyed peas and cornbread for New Year’s meal. The more collard greens you ate, the more cash you would have in your pocket in the upcoming year. The more beans, the more coins. The Moose prepares wonderful Om Nom Collards with buttery (even though there is no butter in them) corn cakes for the perfect New Year’s meal. This recipe is so yummy that you will not stop chopping on the the greens and the new year will bring you some mad cash.
