|| One of my New Year’s goals is to eat more salads. The problem is, they all seem so boring! I mean, c’mon, how much can you do with lettuce? Trekky had to set me straight with her Avacado and Mozzarella Salad.
Just a few simple ingredients, all of which I had in my fridge, and I have a yummy healthy salad that gives me a little boost of energy and taste great. I’m pretty sure with this delightful treat, I could eat salads every day.
