JK Rowling’s world of Harry Potter took the Muggle world by storm with seven books and eight movies in just about fourteen years. I’m sure JK Rowling had no idea of how far the fans would run with her creations! Craftsters have brought to life many of the creatures, characters and items in the wizarding world. Some even have usernames related directly to the series! |
There have been 30 craft swaps in the last five years alone – ranging from favorite Hogwarts House to favorite relationship. Since our members are such steadfast fans, we would like to showcase some of the amazing items we’ve found around Craftster. As Dumbledore would say, “To our newcomers, welcome! This is BRILLIANT SevsOnlyGirl! Some of these projects I had never seen before, and I realized it’s because most didn’t have a Harry_Potter tag… so I went and added it to a bunch!

Thanks for compiling all of this for us! I adore Harry Potter, more the books than the movies. HOWEVER, I do love the movies for the fact that I can share the Harry Potter experience with dh(he’s more of a non-fiction reader)! These crafts are so cool! And wow! Over 30 swaps! I wonder if JK has ever stumbled by any of this awesomeness!!!

The Neville Longbottom needlework is remarkably lifelike – personally, he’s my favourite character. Great stuff.
I am such a HP FANATIC! And I was lucky enough to win one of the tickets to attend a book reading and signing by JK Rowling at Carnegie Hall in NY for the final book – - I live in California, so the travel expenses (not included) almost killed me – but it is an experience I will never, ever forget! I posted a scrapbook page about my experience.
