This salad is a refreshing combination of tomato, avocado, mozzarella and more. Trekky was looking for a tasty way to use avocado and I think she definitely discovered it!
This salad looks perfect for a hot summer evening with dinner on the patio. Get creative and try other ingredient combinations including cucumber, feta and lentils. Enjoy! |
