For a great wake-up scrub add some dried coffee (grind it in a mortar and pestle first), or for a nice relaxing scrub the contents of a green tea bag are great. Putting a teaspoon of ground salt in any scrub has antiseptic qualities too. And a bit of honey is great. OK- are we seeing a trend with edible scrubs?
I made both of these from the video for my girlfriends birthday. She loved them! I made these and a heat therapy bag (rice) as a “treat yourself” package. I think I over-did it on the lavender in the salts tho, so I added more salts
Super easy to follow and now I want to make some for me!

(Try opening up a chamomile tea bag and putting it in with your salts, very relaxing!)
