Craftster member Miaka is making the cutest bracelet cuffs I’ve seen in awhile! These are made of felt, covered with fabric scraps and decorated with whatever you have on hand. What a great way to use up little bits of your stash. Miaka was nice enough to do a lovely tutorial for us, go check it out!
