Live long and be crafty: Star Trek Crafts
The first thing that may come to your mind when you think of Star Trek crafts could be the costumes. For Halloween, weddings, or just hanging around the house, everyone loves a good Star Trek costume!

Costumes are not the only things ambitious Trekkies are creating. They’re incorporating Star Trek into their every day lives. Some in subtle ways, like the punny “Bake It So” oven mitt or the Enterprise control panel tin. Some like to be just slightly more up front about their Trekkiness, putting the Star Trek insignia on everything from clothing to cards.

Craftsters also seem to have a thing for Mr. Spock. Maybe it’s the fact that a logical brain complements a crafty brain, maybe it’s just those ears… No matter what, the Spock crafts are, logically, fabulous.

it’s totally the ears. *nods*
Cool stuff! I have just posted my creation of an old floppy disc turned into the Starship Enterprise here on Craftser. It was fun and easy to make as I had all of the materials on hand, did not cost me anything; most people have an unusable 3 1/2 disc floppy lying around and if you don’t have silver paint, you can pick it up at a craft store or even Walmart usually for under $1 and have a lot of paint to use on other projects.

Whoops! I fixed the first link. Sorry about that.
I laughed out loud at “BAKE IT SO.”
And I love the yellow trekky dress. Too cool. I may even have to make one for Halloween – and while I’ve watched the show, have never been a devotee.
