Concealed auto-touch controls just inside the drawer are precise, simple to clean, and easy to use: simply open the Warming Drawer and touch the auto-touch panel to turn the power on or off, change the temperature, or set the timer. For even greater convenience, this warming drawer can be preset using 6 precise temperature settings, ranging from 90°F to 230,°F allowing you to preserve or prepare food adequately. Variable humidity control ensures that food remains moist or crisp depending upon your needs. 120V, Single Phase, 60Hz AC Only. Requires 15 amps power.
