 | The Cuisinart Prep 7 has a smooth, sleek design, easy-to-use touchpad control panel, and extra-large feed-tube to accommodate oversize fruits and/or vegetables. This unit comes with a 7-cup clear work bowl with handle cover and expanded one-piece feed tube, chopping blade, medium slicing disc, shredding disc, plastic dough blade, small and large pusher and spatula. The work bowl can handle up to 1-1/4 pounds of meat, 4 cups of flour, batter for three 8-inch layer cakes, up to 3 cups of nut butter, or 5 cups of pureed vegetables. The unit's clever feed tube design fits two large cucumbers or a whole tomato comfortably. The smaller feed tube insert lets you process tall, thin produce, such as carrots or celery, without the pieces falling over. This machine operates in continuous or pulse modes. Extra-large rubber feet prevent movement along the countertop during use. A full line of specialty discs is available separately. |
