An included 35mm Orion DeepView 2-inch eyepiece lets you take advantage of the XT8's smooth-adjusting 2-inch Crayford focuser and enjoy wide, 56 degree views of 34x power through the telescope. This limited edition XT8 also includes our popular Shorty 2x Barlow lens which doubles the power of any 1.25-inch eyepiece, including the 25mm Sirius Plossl that comes with the scope to provide 96x magnification views. When used by itself, the included 25mm telescope eyepiece provides 48x power for medium-magnification views. |
